We provide services aligned with the Creighton Model to provide education and enrichment that respects, supports, and celebrates the entirety of women's health and fertility both individually and between the man and woman as a couple. We locally serve clients primarily in the North Texas DFW Metroplex (Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, Coppell, Carrollton, Addison, Euless, Arlington, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Southlake, and beyond). Further, we are able to provide virtual services to remote clientele.

Do you take insurance?

The Introductory Session and materials are always out-of-pocket costs. Follow-ups are typically cash-pay; however, insurance often approves coverage for services through mycatholicdoctor.com or if you are a client at Pearl Health. You can also use your HSA account to pay for services.

Question 3

What happens at the Introductory Session?

The Introductory Session is a presentation that goes through some introductory information about FertilityCare and NaproTechnology, a review of anatomy and physiology, basic charting with CrMS, and closing comments and questions. The intro session is just that, an introduction to the method. The real teaching and learning  happens in the follow-up sessions.

The intro session is the same across all practitioners, so if you've recently (in the past three months) taken a intro class with another practitioner, let us know and we can start with the follow-up appointments!

Question 5

How many weeks of charting do I need to have to meet with my NaproTechology provider?

Accepted Answer

Most physicians trained in NaProTechnology will ask for 6-8 weeks of charting at your first appointment (about 2 cycles). Remember, your chart is vital to understanding your fertility and will guide diagnostic and treatment planning.

If I have irregular cycles/PCOS/endometriosis, can I still chart with this model?

YES! In fact, the Creighton Model is the best model for tracking irregular cycles or fertility issues since it can be used by a NaproTechnology specialist for treatment that will heal and protect your fertility.

Where do meetings take place?

Accepted Answer

In-person teaching is a great (and preferred!) way to learn the Creighton Model System, though we understand that it is not always an option. If you are local to DFW,  there are options to meet at Pearl Health, Birth Pointe, a public library study room, or even the practioner's home.

Virtual meetings are also available for those who are unable to meet in person.

Should my husband / fiancé attend follow ups with me?

Absolutely! If this is a possibility for your family, the best way to learn the system would be together. Remember, this is a shared system where the woman observes, the man supports, and the couple uses.

Question 9

I'm getting married soon. How long before the wedding should I start charting?

Accepted Answer

We recommend 3-6 months before your wedding, in order to learn the method and learn your cycle. This will help you feel confident in your planning  and use of the method before your big day.

Question 10

Do I have to be married or engaged to use this model?

Accepted Answer

No! If you have a menstrual cycle, we can chart it! From your first period to menopause,  you can use this model. If you are single, you can use this method to manage your overall health and address any underlying health issues. We even teach teens (contact for teen charting information).

Can I order charts and stamps?

Accepted Answer

Supplies are reserved for active Reclaimed FertilityCare clients. Initial supplies will be ordered during your Introductory session. If more charts or stamps are needed, please reach out to your practitioner.
